We roast on Tuesday & Wednesday for Thursday delivery or shipping. All orders must be placed by 11am on Tuesday for same week shipping or delivery. Shipping is USPS standard. We do occasionally ship UPS.

Artemis is our flagship blend that we use for espresso. She is named after the Greek goddess of the wild and the Moon. Artemis is as powerful as she is rich, full of warm chocolate and soft fruit. We built this blend to be dependable through an espresso machine and as a splendid cup for a batch brew.
Unfortunately mistakes can be made, is there a problem with your order? Missing order, or wrong product we will work to fix any issue. As a rule we don’t take returns on shipped orders, please enjoy the beans you have and we will see about sending you a correct order or making a refund. Let us know and we will figure it out!
