We roast on Tuesday & Wednesday for Thursday delivery or shipping. All orders must be placed by 11am on Tuesday for same week shipping or delivery. Shipping is USPS standard. We do occasionally ship UPS.

La Aurora grows coffee at a dizzying 1,800 to 2,000masl. The high altitude encourages the development of dense and sweet coffee cherries. Around 25 hectares are planted with classic Colombian coffee varietals, including Castillo, Caturra, and Colombia. This decaf has undergone the process of Anaerobic Fermentation before going through the decaffeination process. This gives the coffee lots of creamy body and some fruit notes, making it one of the most interesting decafs we've ever been able to offer. It's honestly hard to tell it doesn't contain caffeine.
